Step 1: Contact GC Realty Group

Step 2: Establish a Price
Your GC Realty agent will provide a market analysis, which will help you set an asking price. As difficult as it may be, it's important to review the market analysis and consider your home price objectively.
Step 3: Prepare Your Home
View your home through the eyes of the buyer and ask yourself what you'd expect. Your agent will offer some useful suggestions.
Step 4: List It For Sale + Showings
When everything is in place your agent will put your home on the open market. It's critical you make it as easy as possible for potential buyers to view your home. At GC Realty, we will help make this process convenient to accommodate your busy schedule.
Step 5: Offers and Negotiation
At this stage, a buyer or the buyer’s agent will present an offer. We will then work with you, weighing the benefits and risks of each offer. Finally, you will have the opportunity to either accept or counter any offers.
Step 6: Under Contract
You and the buyer have agreed to all of the terms of the offer and both parties have signed the agreements ready to go to escrow.
Step 7: Final Details & Inspection
In these final stages, the buyer will work with their mortgage provider to finalize the loan and perform their due diligence. The buyer usually performs a physical inspection of the home and may ask you to make certain repairs. We will then review all of your options regarding the inspection.
Step 8: Closing
